FAQ

Before you order

I don't have a 3D file. What can I do?

Send us a photo or the measurements on WhatsApp and we'll design it for an agreed price before we start.

Is the price shown final?

It's an accurate estimate from the part's volume. After you order we slice the file, and if the price differs by more than 10% we contact you before printing.

How long do printing and delivery take?

Most small parts print within one working day, then ship with Saudi Post and arrive in 2 to 4 working days. You see the estimated arrival date before you order. Delivery is SAR 30 to any city and free over SAR 200, or pick it up free from the studio.

Will you print anything?

We print most shapes, but not weapon parts or anything that breaks the law. Every file is reviewed before printing.

Does my file stay private?

Yes. We never share your file or print it for anyone else, and it's deleted from our servers 90 days after delivery.
