01What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile, email, delivery address if chosen, the part file and order details.
• When you pay: the payment status and reference only. Card details are entered on Moyasar's page and never reach us.
• When you browse: pages visited, where the visit came from and device type, without your name.

02Before you order

Your part file is read inside your browser to calculate size and price, and is only uploaded to our servers when you submit the order.

03Why we use it

We never sell your data, and never send marketing messages without your consent.

• To fulfil and deliver your order, and send the price, payment link and updates.
• To answer your questions and refund requests.
• To issue invoices and meet legal obligations.
• To improve the site with aggregated visit numbers.

04Who can see it

• Only the Sitmaai 3D team members handling your order, each with access limited by role.
• Moyasar, to process payment.
• The courier (such as SPL), to deliver: name, mobile and address only.
• Our email provider, to send order messages.
• Government authorities when the law requires it.

05Where it's stored

Order data and files are stored on servers inside Saudi Arabia with encrypted connections, and only the team can enter the admin panel, with protected accounts.

06Analytics and cookies

• An in-house visitor counter on our server uses no cookies and doesn't store your address; it counts visitors with an anonymous daily fingerprint that changes every day.
• Google Analytics measures visits in aggregate, uses its own cookies, and may process data outside the Kingdom under Google's policy. You can block it in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• We use no advertising cookies.

07Retention

We keep order data and files as long as needed to fulfil and guarantee the order, and invoice records as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymise them.

08Your rights

To exercise any right: email support@sitmaai.com, or customer service WhatsApp and phone +966 59 687 3617. We reply within 30 days at most.

• To know what we hold about you and get a copy.
• To correct or update your data.
• To ask us to delete your data and files, unless the law requires us to keep them.
• To withdraw your consent at any time.
• To complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

We announce any material change to this policy on the site, and the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
