Terms and conditions

01The service

We print parts from 3D files (STL, 3MF or OBJ) uploaded by the customer, in PLA and PLA+, on a Bambu Lab H2C printer. The largest single-piece print is 30.5 × 32 × 32 cm; larger parts receive a split quote after review.

02Orders and prices

• The price shown after upload is an automatic estimate from the part's volume, material and quality, including 15% VAT.
• We review every file before printing, then email the final price and a payment link. Printing never starts before payment.
• If the final price differs from the estimate we tell you before payment, and you may accept or cancel with no obligation.
• Split orders (parts larger than the printer) have no price before review; the quote and timeline are sent before any payment.

03Payment

Payment is online through Moyasar, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. We never see or store your card details, and a tax invoice is emailed after payment.

04Production and delivery

• Standard production is 1 business day after payment, and each order shows its estimate before you submit it.
• Delivery to every city in the Kingdom takes about 3–5 business days from payment, for SAR 30, free on orders over SAR 200.
• Studio pickup is free, and we message you when your order is ready.
• If delivery is more than 15 days late because of us, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

05Your file and its rights

• You confirm you own the file or have the right to print it, and you alone are responsible for any intellectual property claim about it.
• File accuracy is your responsibility: units (millimetres or inches), size and wall thickness. We flag problems we notice, but we print the file as sent.
• Your files are used only to fulfil your order, and are never shared or published without your written permission.

06What we don't print

We refuse any order, and fully refund it if paid, when the part is:

• A weapon, part of a weapon or a replica, or a tool meant to cause harm.
• A counterfeit of a trademark or infringes someone else's rights.
• Against the laws of Saudi Arabia or public morals.

07The nature of 3D printing

• Fine layer lines on the surface are normal for this technology and are not a defect.
• Colours may differ slightly from your screen.
• PLA and PLA+ are not suited to high heat (above roughly 55–60°C) or food contact.

08Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order never exceeds the amount paid for it. We are not responsible for results of using a part for something it wasn't made for, or beyond its material's limits.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the E-commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Kingdom's courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We always try to resolve disagreements amicably through customer service first.
